Dr Joe Lim is a male General Dentist who speaks Cantonese, Malay and Mandarin (as well as English).
Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago and after four years practising dentistry in New Zealand, he and his wife moved to Melbourne in 2020 and are both very happy to call Melbourne home. Having grown up in a multicultural country, he is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Joe believes that a visit to the dentist doesn’t have to be a scary experience. He strives to provide comprehensive dental care in a safe, pleasant and comfortable environment.
His gentle and reassuring manner is his greatest asset in making this happen. Joe has a passion and particular interest in restorative dentistry, to repair damaged or worn teeth allowing their natural structure and function to return.
As a lifelong learner, Joe is regularly attending courses to keep up to date with the latest methods and technology and is currently aiming to complete a Certificate in Implant Dentistry from ITI (International Team of Implantology) and the University of Melbourne School of Dentistry.
