Dr Tiago Braga is a male General Dentist who speaks Portuguese and Spanish (as well as English).
He graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science in December 2003. In 2007 he completed a Specialization Course in Endodontics, followed by a Postgraduate Course in Endodontic Microscopy at PERF – Pacific Endodontic Research Foundation, San Diego, CA. He has also a Postgraduation Degree in Endodontic Microsurgery at Pennsylvania University, Philadelphia.
Over the last decade, Dr Tiago Braga has also been dedicated to teaching and developing research in the areas of Endodontics and Endodontic Microsurgery. He has written 3 chapters in 2 textbooks on Endodontics and has published several articles in important journals such as Journal of Endodontics JOE – American Association of Endodontics, Journal of Dental Education JDE – American Association of Dental Education, European Journal of Dental Education, Endodontic Practice US , etc.
Since 2014, he has worked as a Lecturer in General Dental Practice and Clinical Supervisor of Endodontics at the Griffith University School of Medicine and Dentistry. Formely he was a Professor and Supervisor of the Specialization Course in Endodontics and Endodontic Microsurgery at APCD Americana, Brazil.
In 2016 he became the Clinical Delegate of Endodontics and since February 2018 he has been the Coordinator of the Master of Clinical Dentistry in Endodontics at Griffith University. During this period, Dr. Braga received several commendation letters from the Vice-Chancellor (Academic) for his excellent teaching and his name has been included 8 times in the list of outstanding teachers on the Griffith Learning and Teaching Awards website.
Dr Braga is also a member of the American Association of Endodontics.
