Dr Linda Nguyen is a female Specialist Paediatric Dentist who speaks Vietnamese (as well as English).
Dr Nguyen is a registered specialist in Paediatric Dentistry and a member of the Australian Dental Association, Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry, Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 2003. She worked as a general dentist in a private practice in Western Sydney and as a resident dental officer at Westmead Centre for Oral Health before commencing her specialist training in 2007. During her training Dr Nguyen worked in Sydney, Orange and Gove (Northern Territory). The research component of Dr Nguyen’s speciality training focused on the oral health of Vietnamese preschool aged children. She graduated with a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Paediatric Dentistry) in 2010 and commenced part-time private practice in the same year.
She is currently appointed as a Senior Registrar in Paediatric Dentistry at Westmead Centre for Oral Health and is involved in organising dental visits to special schools in metropolitan Sydney. She is also a clinical tutor and lecturer for dental students at the University of Sydney.
Her main interest areas are dental care for children with special needs and management of dental trauma. Dr Nguyen is also fluent in Vietnamese.
