Dr Susan C Gibbs is a female General Dentist.
Dr Susan decided to pursue a career in dentistry, as she was keen to investigate and treat all areas of sleep disordered breathing, including science-based solutions for sleep apnoea and snoring.
To prepare for her dental career, Dr Susan earned a BDS from the University of Queensland with Honours in 1988. She always ensures her knowledge is evolving by regularly taking continuing education courses. These have had a special focus on the different science-based solutions for sleep apnoea.
Dr Susan also spent time studying in the United States in areas of head and neck pain, neuromuscular dentistry, and sleep dentistry.
Dr Susan spent her high school years in Toowoomba. After graduating, she served as a Dental Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force and served at RAAF base Richmond and JSHC Canberra. During this time, she gained knowledge of aviation medicine and field dental operations.
