Dr Srinivas Varanasi is a male General Dentist who speaks Bengali, Hindi, Telugu and Urdu (as well as English).
After completing his degree in India (MAHE, 2000), Srini relocated to Australia to complete his Master’s (MPhil, 2005) and Post-doctorate degree (PhD, 2013) in the University of Queensland. During this period, Srini gained knowledge and experience in the field of dental research, grants, and clinical dentistry, alongside being a tutor in the University of Queensland (2014) and Griffith (2016). Srini is also a lecturer in TAFE Queensland, where he is proud to be involved in the development of an accredited course on Bachelor of Dental Prosthetics. Srini is passionate about dentistry and is known for his friendly and gentle demeanour. His holistic approach towards dentistry is “Every tooth in your mouth makes your smile your signature accessory.” He loves helping kids learn how to maintain good dental health. He is committed to provide quality of care, as he believes patients’ oral health is interconnected with their overall health, appearance, and well-being. His interest in dentistry is restorative and cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatments, removable implant retained dentures, crown and bridge placements, sleep apnoea devices, mouthguards, splints, and children’s dentistry. Srini is a member of the Australian Dental Association, Australian Dental Prosthetist Association, and International Association of Dental Traumatology. His continuing education includes Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology (PGIDS).
