Dr Seng-Yap Leong is a male General Dentist who speaks Mandarin (as well as English).
Dr Leong graduated from The University of Singapore in 1965. He migrated to Australia with his family in 1976 and has been practicing general dentistry in Melbourne for the last 28 years. His focus is now working part time, predominantly in Orthodontics, in which he has gained quite a reputation for. Golf is his hobby and his church work is his passion, and he loves spending time with his grandchildren.
