Dr Ryan Chou is a male General Dentist who speaks Cantonese, Korean and Mandarin (as well as English).
Dr Ryan Chou’s initial studies concluded at the University of Auckland, New Zealand where he graduated with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, specialising in Cardiovascular Disease. While working as a government lab technician after graduation, he realised that his real interest lay in dentistry.
In pursuit of this newfound interest, Dr Chou relocated to Brisbane, Australia to study Dental Science at the University of Queensland. He gained experience through several internships with the Dental Department of Queensland Public, Nambour, and Logan hospitals.
Dentistry is now Dr Chou’s passion. While he enjoys every aspect of dentistry, he is especially interested in oral surgery (dental implants, extractions and treatments) and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr Chou keeps up-to-date with this dynamic field through constant study. In addition to professional developmental courses, he recently completed the Masters programme in Implantology at the University of Miami. He is also a Fellow of the International College of Continuing Dental Education.
