Dr Pradani Puvanakumar is a female General Dentist.
Pradani joined our lovely team at Hogans Road Dental in 2019 as its Principal Dentist. She is an Australian trained Dentist gaining her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 2013. Since then, she has completed further postgraduate training to become a member of the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS). She is continually attending dental seminars to ensure she is up to date with the latest technology and advances in Dentistry. Pradani practices holistic preventative dentistry incorporating function and form with aesthetics. She also has special interests in cosmetic and paediatric dentistry.
Pradani has now made Melbourne her home but has previously travelled and worked extensively around Australia. She loves being of service to the community around her; while living in Tamworth (NSW) for over 3 years she was the Treasurer of the Peel Valley Lions Club. She is currently volunteering locally at Health in Kind at Iramoo Community Centre (Wyndham Vale) helping those in need with limited access to dental care. She has also been part of numerous volunteer trips in Sri Lanka, Guatemala and Cambodia helping others in need.
Originally from Sri Lanka but a kiwi at heart, Pradani grew up in Auckland, New Zealand moving to Australia to study Dentistry in 2009. In her spare time, she loves to travel and is always on the search for great coffee and a plant to add to her constantly growing home jungle.
