Dr Sechi Amarasinghe is a female General Dentist.
Sechi successfully completed her Australian Dental Council exams in 2010 and started working here with us since then. Her initial degree, Bachelor of Dental Surgery was obtained in 2006 in Sri Lanka and she did a further 8 months of bridging studies at the La Trobe University, Bendigo, Victoria and the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.
She enjoys all aspects of dentistry but possess great skills in cosmetic dentistry which she enjoys the most. Sechi has empathy when treating any patient but especially for the dental phobic ones. She understands where you are coming from, as she too has a dental phobia due to childhood experiences. Also being a mum allows her to make a special connection with young patients. Her calm and collected approach to dentistry helps to relax you and her gentle and caring nature makes her very good with injections and other dental procedures.
