Dr Mina FS Rizk is a male General Dentist.
Dr Mina’s vision is to provide every individual and their family members with all their treatments in a professional, friendly, caring, and relaxed atmosphere. Mina’s caring demeanour has helped build long lasting relationships with all his patients as he aims to explain all the available treatment options in an understandable, easy manner to meet their expectations and needs. He believes this enables you to make an educated decision and to decide the treatment that best suits your circumstance. With this in mind, he believes it’s important to work with a team which compliments this vision.
Dr Mina Rizk, lived and worked in Brisbane for the past 15 years and graduated from Griffith University (Gold Coast) with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science (First Class Honours) and Graduate Diploma in Dentistry. He decided to move to Newcastle with his wife and baby boy to be closer to family.
Prior to joining Bonnells Bay Dental, Dr Mina worked at an Australian Implant Clinic as a Senior Implant Surgeon, where he placed over 1000 dental implants from single tooth implants through to full arch implant reconstruction with extensive experience in bone and soft tissue augmentation procedures. This drove him further to meet his unquenchable passion to learn and was selected into the highly competitive Masters of Clinical Dentistry (Dental Implantology) at Griffith University under the guidance of world-renowned periodontists and prosthodontists which he completed in 2020.
Apart from his Implant dentistry passion, Mina enjoys all aspects of dentistry with extensive interest in prevention, crown and bridge work, cosmetic and full mouth rehabilitation dentistry.
Having a keen eye for detail to provide the best possible care and striving for excellence to positively transform everyone he meets; Mina attends numerous hours of continuing professional educational programs a year and is an active member of the Restorative Excellence Global Academy and GIDE Global Dental Institute.
