Dr Michael E Wylie is a male General Dentist who speaks French (as well as English).

Michael grew up in Northern Ireland and graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Queen’s University Belfast in 2001 before moving to Cambridge, England.

There he undertook postgraduate study and was awarded the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners, through the Royal College of Surgeons (England).

He is an Australian Citizen, having lived and worked here since 2004.

In 2017, Michael sat and passed the Final Examinations of the Royal College of Australasian Dental Surgeons and was admitted to Fellowship.

Michael enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and believes in a strong focus on accurate diagnosis and an excellent standard of care for every patient. He is particularly interested in endodontics (root canal therapy), aesthetic bonded tooth coloured restorations, and crowns, bridges & implant–based restorations.

Michael is a lecturer at the University of Melbourne Dental School, teaching first to final year graduate students in the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree programme. He regularly attends continuing professional development courses to keep up to date on current techniques and technology and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, and a member of both the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Society of Endodontology. He has also mentored through the ADA Victorian Branch Mentoring Program.
