Dr Mark J Leahy is a male General Dentist.
After graduating Dentistry in 1990 from UWA, I went straight into private practice in Victoria Park and Mandurah as well as continuing on at UWA as a demonstrator to the dental students. In 1992, I joined John Whyte and Darryl Watkins at the Southlands and South Calley practices and have been a practising partner for 23 years.
I enjoy all aspects of Dentistry, with a special interest in cosmetic treatments, from bleaching to implants and everything in between. I pride myself in making every person comfortable in the dental situation especially children.
I am a long term member of Australian Dental Association and actively attend continuing education courses and study clubs to keep me up to date, connected with my colleagues, enhancing my skills to provide my patients with the very best and latest dental care.
I am happily married for over 20 years and with our two teenagers I have been a South of the river boy for many years. My hobbies include food, wine, golf and travel, usually a mix of all.
I would describe my chair side manner as a relaxed but professional. I may tell too many stories and believe laughter is something that should be heard in dental practice.
I am not your stereotypical dentist and my patients may say I can talk.. a lot but I look forward to meeting you, addressing any dental issues you have and then help maintain your dental health in a relaxed and friendly environment.
