Dr Mark G Foster is a male General Dentist.
Mark has a particular interest in paediatric (children’s) dentistry. Mark has been a Consultant Dentist at Perth Children's Hospital since 1990 and mainly sees children in his dental practice.
He is also a senior clinical lecturer at the University of Western Australia. Mark is currently the president of the Australian and New Zealand Society Of Paediatric Dentistry (WA).
In addition he treats children with complex dental problems, behavioural issues and both children and adults with physical/mental disabilities and various special needs referred from the School Dental Service and other private dental and medical practices.
Mark has lectured extensively on dental trauma and sports dentistry and is the Dental Consultant to Sports Medicine Australia (WA), the Western Force rugby team and other sporting organisations. He is also a senior clinical instructor for Sprig Oral Technologies (formally EZ Pedo) and has participated in training courses locally, interstate and internationally for dental practitioners wishing to place EZ Crowns (zirconia crowns) in paediatric patients. Mark is the only senior instructor outside of the USA.
Mark was awarded a Fellowship from the International College of Dentists in 2007 for his services to dentistry.
Mark is member of the Australian Dental Association and abids by their Code of Ethics and has a current Working with Children accreditation.
