Dr Lydia Loh is a female General Dentist who speaks Mandarin and Malay (as well as English).
Dr Lydia Loh is the principal dentist at Bracken Ridge Dental. A graduate of University of Queensland, Brisbane, her early career experience was in the fast learning curve regions of Rockhampton and regional NSW, before moving back to Brisbane.
Dr Lydia started working at Bracken Ridge Dental in 2011 (called Bates Dental back then) when it was still ran by Dr Gregory Bates. Dr Greg Bates established the practice over 35 years ago. Once he made the decision to retire, Dr Lydia took over the practice and renamed it Bracken Ridge Dental as well as doing a big renovation project.
With over 7 years of service to the Brisbane and Bracken Ridge community, Dr Lydia looks forward to deliver the same professional and gentle care to the existing and future families of the practice, in order to provide the most healthy and beautiful smile possible for them.
At Bracken RIdge Dental, Dr Lydia treats patients of all ages. She enjoys treating children, and occasionally will make a balloon animal as a reward to the brave ones.
Known for her caring and gentle nature, Dr Lydia is passionate about doing excellent dentistry and giving patients their smiles back. Furthermore, Dr Lydia excels at working with anxious or nervous patients, and ensures that her patients are well taken care of.
Dr Lydia strongly believes in continuing education in any profession. Dr Lydia has completed the Masters in Implant Clinician Program at gIDE institude, University of Linda Loma. She has trained both nationally and internationally for cosmetic dentistry, gum grafting surgery, and implant surgery, learning from world renowned dentists and surgeons.
Most of all, cosmetic dentistry is something that Dr Lydia enjoys because she loves seeing the way her patients smile after dental work is completed.
