DDS (Tehran), BDSc, General Dentist
Dr Leila Mir Mesdagh is a female General Dentist who speaks Farsi (as well as English).
Leila’s story began by having love for the arts, but being from a family that is in the medical field and her father being a cardiologist, Leila fell somewhere right in the middle of art and medicine; “Dentistry”, and with this Leila had woken up to a passion that continued for the past two decades and will continue.
Leila graduated as a dentist from the prestigious Beheshti university in Tehran, Iran in 2006. She has been practicing as a passionate dentist since that time.
Leila met her husband Mehdi in dental school and together after completing the Australian Dental Council examinations they moved to Australia in 2014. Leila has been practicing as a dentist in Perth since then.
Leila’s philosophy over the last 16 years as a dentist has been caring for patients as a whole rather than just treating their condition. She believes this is the best way to manage and treat patients, as each person is unique in their own way.
She loves dentistry because it is a perfect combination of art and science, her favourite aspects of dentistry are restorative and cosmetic procedures, root canal treatments and prosthodontics rehabilitation. Leila also has a strong passion for children’s dentistry.
