Dr Leila A Haywood is a female General Dentist.
Leila Haywood has 20 years of experience as a general and aesthetic dentist in Brisbane, and is a graduate of the University of Queensland. She has expertise in cosmetic and family dentistry with a focus on excellence in care.
Leila Haywood started her studies in Dentistry at the University of Queensland after excelling in maths, science and languages. Her academic focus has been the study of dentistry, aesthetics, science and health, and the best ways to deliver that care.
Leila has worked at East Brisbane Dentists and Brisbane Smile Boutique for 15 years, and has developed the healthcare and technological setting to form a group dental practice in this time. She has an experienced team that she holds with honour and in the highest of regards.
As well as having a strong preventive focus, Leila has a flair for aesthetics and perfecting smiles with cosmetic dentistry; including veneers, crowns, dental implants and teeth bonding. Leila also has Truline and Clear Correct accreditation, which are clear braces for orthodontics in a virtually invisible technique. Leila has training in facial injectable techniques for jaw joint problems, facial symmetry, gummy smiles, tooth grinding problems, as well as for the enhancement of facial features.
Leila holds the belief and expectation of delivering perfect results in dentistry and works with a team of leading dental specialists and ceramists around Australia to embrace the precision of this ideal to the best of her ability. Leila has experience in teaching best practice and techniques to university dentistry, dental hygienist and nursing students, and has also held consultant dental positions with the State Government.
