Dr Kristin M Sorensen is a female General Dentist.
Kristin grew up in Brisbane before relocating to the Gold Coast where she was accepted to study dentistry, a goal she had from a young age. She graduated from Griffith University with both a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science (with academic excellence award) and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry.
Kristin spent six months working with Queensland Health Logan district, a short time in the very small predominately indigenous town of Brewarrina NSW and Yeppoon North Queensland. She has now settled fully into Sunshine Coast life and found it has the perfect mix of relaxed beachside country feel but closer to the city and family.
Dentistry is something Kristin is very passionate about and has a strong focus on providing the best possible dental care to her patients with a gentle and caring approach. With a holistic approach to dental care she gives attention to the big picture impact of oral health on the whole body and prevention.
Kristin has a special interest in paediatric dentistry, holding the strong belief that the right treatment early in life can set children up for good oral and physical health into adulthood by preventing disease and need for treatment in the future.
