Dr Kim Tsao is a male Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who speaks Mandarin (as well as English).
Dr Kim Tsao is a fully qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and is a member of the Australia and New Zealand Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ANZAOMS), the Australian Dental Association (ADA), and the Australian Medical Association (AMA).
Dr Kim Tsao obtained his degree in Medicine from the University of New South Wales with First Class Honours. He completed his degree in Dentistry at the University of Adelaide with a University Medal. He completed his Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Adelaide Dental Hospital. During his training Dr Tsao has also worked at the Veterans General Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan and the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, USA.
Dr Tsao has been trained in new surgical technologies including computer-assisted surgery in orthognathic surgery, facial fracture reconstruction and obstructive sleep apnoea surgery. He has a special interest in education, and is actively involved in teaching of postgraduate trainees as well as new graduates. Dr Tsao has been asked to lecture at organizations seminars including ADA seminars for dentists and the Annual Scientific Meeting of the College of Anaesthetists.
Dr Tsao is friendly and approachable for patients and colleagues. He considers it a privilege to be able to provide quality surgical care for the dental and medical communities.
