Dr Karrar HA Bohreh is a male General Dentist who speaks Arabic, Farsi and Persian (as well as English).
Well known by his patients for his gentle, polite and happy demeanour, Dr Bohreh completed his Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science. Dr Bohreh joined the MHP Team in 2016.
He grew up in Sydney where he completed one year of an advanced science degree before moving to Queensland to study dentistry at Griffith University. He graduated with honours in 2015 and went on to receive multiple awards including the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence.
Dr Bohreh completed his honours year, concurrently with his final year of dental school in the area of biomaterials and bone regeneration under the supervision of Professor Saso lvanovski.
Dr Bohreh's passion for the medical sciences and surgery saw him wanting to pursue his dream of becoming part of a multidisciplinary team. He subsequently moved back to Sydney to study Medicine at the University of Notre Dame Australia recently completing this in 2019.
Dr Bohreh's unique passion for clinical anatomy and surgery saw him be part of the winning team of the prestigious golden scalpel games, a surgical competition designed for the state's aspiring young surgeons.
Dr Bohreh enjoys practising all areas of dentistry and strives to provide evidence-based care to all his patients. He endeavours to empower his patients to make an informed decision about their care.
He actively teaches the 1st, 2nd and penultimate year students and is passionate about incorporating his dental training in his medical education and vice versa.
