BN (QUT), BOH (DentSci), Grad.Dip.Dent (Griffith), General Dentist
Dr Jennifer E Perry is a female General Dentist.
Jenny decided upon dentistry as a long-term career because she enjoys that it is a caring, autonomous profession which is constantly challenging and interesting. She is Queensland-trained, graduating with a Bachelor of Oral Health and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry from Griffith University (QLD). She was awarded the Tenant Prize for her contribution to rural, remote and indigenous communities during her dental studies.
Prior to dentistry, Jenny completed a Bachelor of Nursing (at the Queensland University of Technology) and after graduation worked as a psychiatric nurse for five years. During that time, she saw all sides of the healthcare profession and realised the importance of a holistic approach to health.
Dr Jennifer Perry is a member of the Australian Dental Association and is involved with the Vardiman Dental Association. The post-graduate courses have kept her up-to-date and enthusiastic about dentistry. Jenny is interested in dental implants and has already placed her first one with her mother guiding and educating her. She hopes to complete a detailed course next year.
