Dr Jannen J Tan is a male General Dentist who speaks Mandarin (as well as English).
Jannen graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) in 2007. Upon graduation, he followed the sunshine and moved up to Bundaberg, Queensland, where he has been in very successful private practice since. Jannen has completed his Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons Primary Examinations, where he received five commendations and topped the cohort in Physiology and Biochemistry.
He spent 2010 as a Registrar in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Christchurch Hospital NZ, gaining valuable experience in treating facial fractures, oral medicine and surgery, including removing hundreds of wisdom teeth stuck in all angles, shapes and sizes.
Jannen has special interests in full mouth rehabilitations, dental implants, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. He is well known for being gentle, quick and efficient, making even the most complex treatment feel like a breeze. Whilst Jannen’s main practice is in Queensland, he regularly visits Melbourne to provide complex treatment on referral.
