Dr James J Cooke is a male General Dentist.
Dr James Cooke obtained his Bachelor of Dentistry with Honours in 2005 at Sydney University. During his studies James was awarded the John Stephen Hill Memorial Prize for proficiency in clinical restorative dentistry, the Dr Henry Bruce Maxwell Prize for proficiency in operative dentistry and the Robert and Geoffrey Morse Withycombe Prize for proficiency in clinical periodontics. He is currently undertaking the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and also has as a Masters in Business Administration from Griffith University. Throughout the years James has shown a very strong commitment to continuing education and as a result has completed numerous courses in all fields of dentistry with a special focus on oral surgery, implant dentistry and orthodontics.
James is passionate about his job and treats his patients as he would like to be treated. He believes that the patient’s participation is fundamental for the success of the treatment. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association, NSW Dental Association and the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry. His philosophy is to provide pain free dentistry in a kind, ethical and empathetic manner and James’s calm and confident chair side manner makes him a popular dentist across all age groups. James has also spent time giving back to the community through volunteering his dental skills to the disadvantaged in rural and remote areas of Vietnam, East Timor, and Alice Springs.
