Dr Harsh Rastogi was born and raised in Melbourne’s inner eastern suburbs. He is a University of Melbourne graduate.
He has been in private practice for over 20 years, the last 16 as co-owner of both Emerald & Monbulk Family Dental Care. Dr Rastogi has a special interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry and derives great pleasure in helping his patients achieve their dream smiles.
