Dr Hai loves making conversation with patients and their family. When he was first starting out his practice, he would remember all the patients that come into his practice by name. But as he’s getting a bit older and having treated well over 3 generations of patients, you’ll likely have to jog his memory by showing him a profile of your teeth.
