Dr Emma Black is a female General Dentist.
Dr Emma Black graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK. After completing a vocational training year in the UK Dr Black moved to Sydney and has been part of the team at Northside Dental and Implant Centre® since 2006.
Dr Emma Black received her postgraduate qualification in conscious sedation and pain control in 2009 from the University of Sydney. She has a particular interest in the treatment of phobic patients and can employ various modalities at Northside Dental and Implant Centre® to aid them.
Dr Black is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons where she is also a board member who currently holds the position of secretary.
Dr Black is also interested in the further education of dentists and currently holds the position of secretary of the Northern Suburbs Dental Study Group.
Personally, Dr Black has two young children and enjoys working with all children at the Northside clinic and also conducting visits to our local preschools to educate children about oral health.
