Dr Deborah (Debbie) Setiawan is an experienced dentist with more than 13 years of experience in dentistry. Debbie loves every aspect of general dentistry with keen interests in crowns and bridges, implants, and transforming patients’ smiles with cosmetic dentistry. She had practiced in private practices in Adelaide and Melbourne and worked as a Senior Dentist at dental hospitals overseas. Debbie was the owner and Principal Dentist of Royal Park Dental in Adelaide until early 2020. She relocated to Melbourne with her family in April 2020.
Her patients described her as gentle and friendly and had the skills to ease nervous and anxious patients. Debbie is very thorough, and her caring and gentle nature lend a pleasant and calming experience for patients of all ages.
Debbie’s passion for dentistry extends to the local communities where she provided ‘Teeth Talk’ – dental health education to local pre-schools and schools. She volunteers to give interactive talks on preventative dental care and provide dental health checkups for children. She also actively contributes to the local and international mission such as ‘Run to Red’ to help, support and empower social and economic disadvantaged children and communities in Australia, UK, New York, and Cambodia.
