Dr Daniel Hu has 10 years’ experience as a general dentist and he’s been practicing in the Southeast Brisbane area since completing his dentistry degree. He was born and raised in Brisbane and grew up on the southside of Brisbane. He completed all his education in Brisbane and moved to the Gold Coast for 5 years for his dentistry degree. He obtained his Dentistry degree from Griffith University on the Gold Coast. He was also a clinical supervisor for 3 years at Griffith University Dental School and University of Queensland School of Dentistry. He believes in giving back and decided he would go back to the university setting to help supervise undergraduate students training to become dentists.
Dr Daniel is experienced in all areas of general dentistry and is a keen learner. If he is not busy at work, he is busy at courses. You will often find him jet setting to different cities and countries to pursue CPD (continuing professional development) courses to ensure he has the latest knowledge and provides the best dental care for his patients. He has a gentle, calm and conservative approach. His first and foremost focus is his patients and that their needs are looked after. His calming nature allows him to help nervous and anxious patients.
On top of general dentistry, one of Dr Daniel’s area of interest is Orthodontics. He provides Orthodontic treatment in the form of early intervention for children and kids, fixed braces for teenagers and adults, and clear aligners for teenagers and adults. He is a certified Invisalign practitioner and is experienced with Clear Aligner therapy.
