Dr Centia Succar is a female General Dentist.
Dr Centia Succar was born and grew up in Sydney, Australia. She went to Santa Sabina College, before completing her tertiary education at the University of Sydney. Here she obtained two degrees with Honors, firstly with a Bachelor of Medical Science in 2006 before completing a Bachelor of Dentistry in 2010. She was awarded many prestigious awards including the Sydney University award for Proficiency in Prosthodontics as well as the University’s Sydney Levine Prize for Periodontology and the Australian Society for Periodontology award.
Centia has been practicing in Sydney since 2011 with particular interests in Cosmetic Dentistry and Oral Surgery. She has worked in both the private and public sector, including the department of Dental and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Prince of Wales Hospital and Sydney Children’s Hospital. Working alongside Sydney’s leading Surgeons and Consultants, she has gained extensive skills and knowledge in the management of severely medically compromised patients.
Enhancing her knowledge and skills with ongoing professional education is fundamental to Centia because she believes it is important to care for her patients with the latest methods and up to date research. Recently, she Completed the Master Clinician of Dental Implants with Global Institute of Dental Education and has previously attended an international conference, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in Toronto where she enhanced her techniques in conservative and aesthetic dentistry. She is also trained in the dental management of sleep apnea and snoring, invisalign and laser Dentistry. She is a passionate dentist and her goal is to ensure that her patients receive comprehensive treatment which is tailored to their individual needs by focusing on the whole body and her patient’s general wellbeing.
Centia is dedicated to ongoing professional development because she believes that learning never ends. She is skilled in a number of procedures and as such represents a holistic approach to dentistry. When she is not busy caring for her patients, she enjoys hiking and outdoor nature.
