Dr Bill Kalis is a male General Dentist who speaks Greek (as well as English).
Dr Kalis attained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Sydney with First Class Honours in 1994 and following a course of postgraduate study, a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Dentistry from the University of Adelaide in 2007. He is committed to ongoing training and professional development, attending numerous courses and educational programs every year, both locally and abroad. For over a decade, he maintained an active teaching and organising role through his various activities within the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry culminating in appointment to both State and Federal Presidency roles and is currently engaged by Osseo Dental as a speaker and trainer in the use of Mini Dental Implants for denture stabilisation.
At the core of his values as Principal Dentist of Padstow Dental Centre, Dr Kalis has a deep passion and dedication that is focused on delivering the best possible treatment and highest quality outcome for each patient. He thoroughly enjoys taking the time to listen to and understand every individual’s needs to provide customised solutions and relationship based care. He believes that delivering positive outcomes and experiences for our patients requires the backing of a well-trained team and continually invests in the ongoing development of the handpicked Padstow Dental support staff.
Dr Kalis is a member of the ADA and many other professional organisations to ensure he is always up to date with current dental procedures and protocols. He has been serving the Padstow area since 1998 after taking over the practice which was originally set up in the late 60’s.
Dr Kalis’ special interests lie in Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry but also provides the full spectrum of General Dentistry. He is genuinely devoted to the care and satisfaction of his patients' needs and draws no greater sense of joy or accomplishment than seeing the transformation that takes place within each person as their smile is restored. He believes a brilliant smile is an important asset and everybody deserves to look and feel their absolute best.
