Dr Meral Layik is a female General Dentist who speaks Turkish (as well as English).
Meral is a warm and gentle dentist who has been working in family dentistry for the past 25 years. She has vast experience in cosmetic dentistry and treating patients with gum disease.
She’s originally from Turkey, where she graduated from dentistry in 1994, gained her PhD in Periodontology in 1999 and owned a private clinic. Meral with her husband and 5 year old daughter moved to Australia in 2004. She completed her accreditation in Melbourne in 2005 since then she worked in public and private clinics . Prior to moving to the Gold Coast for the sunny weather and lifestyle, she ran a successful practice in Geelong.
Meral has a very caring and positive personality. She enjoys talking to her patients and getting to know them to decide what the best treatment option is best for their case. Meral places high emphasis on the gentleness of her procedures and always tries to conduct treatments in a painless and efficient manner.
