Dr Asef Anwar is a male General Dentist who speaks Bengali (as well as English).
Dr Asef Anwar graduated from the University of Sydney with dual degrees, Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine. His interests include Implant Dentistry, Oral surgery, Full arch rehabilitation, Facial cosmetic treatments and CADCAM digital Dentistry.
Since graduating from the University of Sydney, Asef has worked in regional areas of Australia, providing dental care to communities with limited access and a high demand for dental care.
Dr Asef Anwar made the move to Melbourne in 2018 to relocate closer to his family. It was at a rugby game Asef fell in love with the area of Geelong, the perfect mix of coastal and city living.
Asef believes in providing comprehensive and holistic dental care to all his patients and is passionate in helping you achieve results that you didn’t think were possible. He is excellent in managing complex and anxious patients and provides all his patients with the necessary tools to look after their oral health for the long term.
Dr Asef's passion for Dentistry has seen him complete a surgical externship with the California Implant Institute and further attaining a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
His keen eye and attention to detail has led to Dr Asefs interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, he uses the latest techniques in 3D digital dentistry to provide same day veneers, crowns and bridges. He has also completed accreditation in Invisalign clear aligner orthodontic treatment and advanced training in Botox and Dermal fillers with the Australasian Academy of Dento – Facial Aesthetics.
