Dr Alex KC Yick is a male General Dentist who speaks Cantonese and Mandarin (as well as English).
Dr Alex graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2018 and has since received multiple awards and achievements, including Dean’s List of High Achievers in 2017 at the University of Melbourne; Completion of the 2021 Primary Examination/Primary Dental Sciences Examination with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons; Completion of the mYofocUs Orthodontic System Mini-Residency in 2023; Invisalign Provider; and Completing a prestigious three-year orthodontic program from EODO from 2022-2024.
Dr Alex enjoys helping patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. He has strong interest in cosmetic dental treatment, orthodontics, and myofunctional therapy. He takes pride in providing advanced dental services tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. Dr Alex offers a range of cosmetic treatments, including teeth whitening, dental bonding, and veneers, to help patients achieve their desired smile.
In addition to cosmetic treatments, Dr Alex also provides a variety of orthodontic treatment options to fix bite issues, straighten teeth, and improve overall dental health. He offers both traditional braces and clear aligners, such as Invisalign, for adults and teens. For children, he provides myofunctional therapy, such as Myobraces. Dr Alex believes that identifying malocclusion and poor oral habits in children at an early age can lead to successful myofunctional therapy, which can improve their overall health and well-being.

Dr Alex was raised in Sydney and also studied abroad in Hong Kong for 10 years. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Outside of the dental clinic, Dr Alex enjoys staying active. You might find him at the nurseries looking for his exotic plant or at the swimming pool working on his fitness goal (i.e. making sure his scrubs still fit).
