Alan graduated from The University of Adelaide and has been working a combination of full time in private general practice and additionally part time with the South Australian Dental Service at the Adelaide Dental Hospital since 2008. From 2011 he commenced as a part-time clinical tutor with the University of Adelaide and currently tutors final year students. Alan recently completed a three year program with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and was awarded MRACDS (GDP). Alan has been a member of the Australian Society of Endodontology since 2009 and is also a member of DASI. He has been a councillor since 2012 and is the current chair of the ADA SA Recent Graduates Committee.
