A/Prof Felix Sim is an experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and the founder of Oral & Facial Surgery Specialists. He started his career with a dental degree from the University of Sydney in 2001, working in general dental practice for several years, including two years in the UK. In 2006, Felix began his specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, completing his medical degree at the University of Melbourne in 2009 and finishing his specialty training in 2015, earning his FRACDS(OMS). He then secured a spot in a highly competitive two-year subspecialty training in Head & Neck Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction at the Head and Neck Institute in Portland, Oregon, USA.

Dr Felix Sim has a special focus on oral, head, and neck cancer and reconstructive surgery. He is committed to ongoing research and has published in peer-reviewed journals and contributed chapters to surgical textbooks.
Felix holds public hospital roles at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and University Hospital Geelong, working with their Head and Neck Multidisciplinary Units. His private practice includes appointments at Wyndham Clinic Private Hospital, Waverley Private Hospital, Hobson Healthcare Sydenham, Melbourne Private Hospital and Monash House Private Hospital. He also consults at clinics in Glen Iris and Springvale.
