Dr Sara Li is a female General Dentist who speaks Cantonese and Mandarin (as well as English).
Dr Sara Li completed her bachelor of dental surgery degree at the University of Adelaide in 2010, and attained the fellowship award under the general dental stream of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, FRACDS (GDP), in 2020.
Sara is friendly, and caring towards her patients, and dental colleagues. Her practice philosophy is to be a caring, reliable and competent family dentist to every patient that comes through the door, and support them in every stage of their lives.
Sara has a wide range of working experience in dentistry, including preventive, periodontal (gums), restorative, endodontics (root canal), prosthodontics (crowns/veneers/bridge/ implants/ dentures), simple orthodontics (invisalign), minor oral surgery, special needs and IV sedation dental treatment.
Apart from general dentistry, she worked as a house dentist of the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Unit in the Royal Adelaide Hospital. She was a clinical tutor for undergraduate dental students at the Dental School of the University of Adelaide for years. In 2016, she was nominated for the Young Professional of the Year of SA Health Awards.
Sara has been a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA). In 2017 to 2019, She was elected as the President of the Dental Advancement Society Incorp (DASI), which is a dental society for general and specialist dentists with an interest in continuing professional development. In recognition of her contribution to the dental community, she was admitted as a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, and Academy of Dentistry International in 2019.
Being born and raised in Hong Kong, Sara can speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin fluently.
